Hayley Tamaddon, Emmerdale and Coronation Street star, plays the Fairy Godmother in Cinderella, which will be performed at the Rhyl Pavilion from Wednesday, December 8th to Friday, December 31st, 2021.
Hayley is no stranger to pantomime, and as a past champion of Dancing on Ice, she will need all of her fancy movements to aid our returning funster and CBBC’s Ballamory star Andrew Agnew overcome those wicked stepsisters Jamie Morris and Tarot Joseph (nominated as Best Ugly Sisters at the Great British Pantomime Awards).
Add in our lovely Cinderella, portrayed by musical theatre sensation Bethan Jacks, Welsh comedy actor Gwynfryn West as her clumsy father Baron Hardup, a dashing Prince Charming, Josh Belward, and his right-hand man Dandini, Mark Paterson, and the ensemble is complete.
No voyage to the ball, however, would be complete without the magical arrival of two lovely Shetland Ponies that will capture your heart and bring our main woman to her destiny, but will the Sisters stop her…..come and find out.
Prepare to make up for wasted time (before the clock strikes!) This Christmas, you will attend the ball with the Fairy Godmother of all pantomimes, complete with sparkly scenery, opulent costumes, fantastic song and dance performances, laughter aplenty, and plenty of audience involvement.
