Gin Making Experience

If you love gin, you must participate in Hensol Castle Distillery’s gin-making experience! Enjoy a tour, gin tastings, and the unique chance to create a custom bottle of this delicious spirit.

You will spend up to 3 hours making your own 70cl bottle according to your unique formula while learning a little about the history of gin. So, whether you come alone or with companions, you can be sure that you’ll be with others who also adore gin.

Go Coastal Foraging at Llansteffan

The sea was regarded by the Celts as a source of prosperity, food, and healing because of their close spiritual ties to nature. Therefore, foraging is the best method to fully immerse yourself in this world. You can locate prawns, mussels, cockles, wild samphire, sea anemones, and red elf cup mushrooms on a seaside foraging excursion in Carmarthenshire. Your very own zero-waste, organic beach lunch is the prize for your labours.

Cooking Workshops

A cooking school, workshop area, and on-site cafe are all part of Y Sied. Room rental and bespoke cooking classes are available in the refurbished farm cowshed.
