1 – 2 – 1 / Private Groups
Working with a personal coach means the focus will be just on you, it allows you to progress at your own speed, meaning you will get much more out of your session. It can really help your development, especially if you have a block that you would like to resolve or a skills gap you want to fill. With their team of coaches, who are really flexible so they can find almost any date to suit you. What people love about private sessions is the ability to focus on exactly what you want to learn and give you 100% focus meaning the results are invariably fantastic!
Bike Park Wales Intro
Ideally suited for beginners, this course will provide you with strong foundations on which to develop your riding. Bike Park Wales will provide you with a framework to develop your knowledge of the ‘why to’ not just the ‘how to’. If you are new to the sport their structured coaching system will change the way you ride, help you get more from your riding and be a springboard for future progression.
E-Bike Specific Skills
Whether your new to the world of e-bikes or have been blasting around the hills for the past few years, this course will help you understand and learn techniques which will help you get the most out of your e-bike and its electric motor. It will provide you with a framework to develop your knowledge of the ‘why to’ not just the ‘how to’.

Bike Park Wales Improver
Ideally suited for Intermediate level riders. This course will provide you with strong foundations on which to develop your core skills & fundamentals. They will provide you with a framework to develop your knowledge of the ‘why to’ not just the ‘how to’, giving you the foundations to progress onto more the advanced techniques (Jumps & Drops). This course uses Intermediate Blue Flow & Blue Tech trails.

Carving Corners
Developing your cornering technique will help you become smoother and more fluid, giving you the confidence to carry more speed with less effort. Whether its flat, bermed or cambered this course will have you carving turns with new confidence. It will provide you with a framework to develop your knowledge of the ‘why to’ not just the ‘how to’.
Thid course will use our the Blue Intermediate trails.

Drop Zone
Drops that can’t be rolled are a common trail feature. This course will look at rollable steps to sizeable drops. The team at Bike Park Wales will help you develop your ability and confidence to land softly and smoothly to help maintain that flow. They will also provide you with a framework to develop your knowledge of the ‘why to’ not just the ‘how to’. Full Face helmets are mandatory. This course will use our Red Advanced trails.

Jump Starter
Struggling to clock up those air miles, this course will have you catching air and mastering the art of flight in no time. It will provide you with a framework to develop your knowledge of the ‘why to’ not just the ‘how to’. Full Face helmets are mandatory.
This course will use our Blue Intermediate trails.

- Maximise amplitude “THE POP”
- Soften landings
- Gain confidence
- Identify and overcome performance cues and understand the psychological skills required
Tech
Struggling to carry speed through the roughest terrain or lacking confidence on the steeper trails, then this course is for you. It will provide you with a framework to develop your knowledge of the ‘why to’ not just the ‘how to’. Full Face helmets are mandatory.
Generally, this course will stay on the Red Advanced trails but may also ride on the Black Expert trails where suitable for the group.
