During this 45 minute tour you will..
- See the distillery and learn how they handcraft Wye Valley Gin
- Sample each of their different products
- Learn about their locally foraged botanicals
- Enjoy a signature gin & tonic
Make your own gin
Create your own unique gin recipe, distil it and take it home with one of their ‘Make your own gin’ experiences! Sessions are held in the tasting room at their distillery in Catbrook, Monmouthshire.
During each 2.5 hour session you will have the opportunity to drink gin & tonics whilst..
- Learning how gin is made
- Sampling and learning about botanicals
- Sampling several varieties of craft gin
- Creating an original gin recipe
- Distilling the recipe in one of their miniature copper stills
- Blending, measuring and bottling the gin
The resulting bottle of gin will be yours to take home and enjoy!
