This is the wonderful world of Pili Palas, a hot setting full of lush flora and waterfalls with real butterflies flying all around you.
But there’s a lot more to see than butterflies. In the birdhouse, you’ll meet Charlie, Elvis, Jake, and a slew of other feathery pals. They have a wide variety of snakes and lizards, and you’ll be able to get up up and personal with some of them during the popular animal handling sessions.
If you have a bug-loving family member, the bug-zone, which is home to hissing cockroaches, millipedes, locusts, gigantic snails, and more, will be a blast. Then, if you dare, go to the tarantulas’, scorpions’, and fire-bellied toads’ tropical abode. Remember to visit the pets’ area to meet the rabbits and guinea pigs. Take a stroll through the farmyard, where pygmy goats Milly and Molly, beautiful Kune Kune pigs Bert and Ernie, and all the chickens and cockerels dwell peacefully.
John, Paul, George, and Ringo — the wonderful meerkats – are the most recent members of Pili Palas’ animal family!! After seeing all of the animals, toddlers may run about in the indoor play area and thrilling play barn, while bigger kids can play in the new Jungle Towers.
The well-stocked shop carries presents for all animal and insect enthusiasts, and the café provides delectable home-cooked meals. If you’re lucky, you might be able to grab a table near the window and dine while watching the meerkats in their cage.
