Owl Rescue is a non-profit organisation committed to the care and rehabilitation of owls and other birds of prey, as well as conservation and environmental education, to ensure that these birds survive for future generations.
Many of the Sanctuary’s birds arrived in a terrible state, having been mistreated or as a consequence of an accident. Those who recuperate completely are released back into the wild. Permanently handicapped people are given a suitable living environment in the sanctuary for the rest of their life.
The North Wales Owl Sanctuary and Owl Rescue is not available to the public, although special arrangements can be arranged. Booking a keeper for the morning or adopting one of our feathery friends are the finest ways to get up close and personal with the owls at our facility.
