The Spaceguard Centre is the National Near Earth Objects Information Centre (NNEOIC). With Jonathan R. Tate as its Director, it is the only organisation in the UK dedicated to addressing the hazard of Near Earth Objects.

Renewable energy, green buildings, organic gardens, forest trails, a funicular & kids’ games are the things you will find at the Centre for Alternative Technology.

We have always been an ambitions and creative organisation. We deliver smaller community focused activities and workshops as well as larger town wide events and we contribute to support other community initiatives and organisations. This enables us to offer a broad range of opportunities to the community and to visitors.
