The gardens are a wonderful place to wander in themselves, with beautifully landscaped paths and decorative beds, waterfalls and pools and beneath all this, a labrynth of tunnels and grottoes.
Dewstow Gardens are Grottoes are recently discovered gardens built in the 1890s. buried in the 1950s and rediscovered and escavated in 2000. They are now open for the summer months and welcome visitors of all ages including pre-booked coach parties.
