Cardiff Ski & Snowboard Centre has the facilities to get you ready for skiing or snowboarding, whether you’re new to the sport or have a lot of expertise.
Cardiff Ski & Snowboard Centre has been established for nearly 50 years and is located in Fairwater Park, approximately 10 minutes from Cardiff City Centre. The initial slope was 90 metres long, making it one of the earliest dry slopes in the United Kingdom.
The Cardiff Ski & Snowboard Centre currently boasts a 100-meter slope and offers a wide choice of sports, with over 11,000 sessions offered each year. Throughout the year, they also provide instructor courses, school activities, and contests on the slope.
With features such as a full stair set, an 8m rainbow rail, an 8m whale tail, an 8m straight box, kickers, quarter pipe, and more, Cardiff Ski & Snowboard Centre is quickly becoming one of the UK’s premier freestyle dry slopes. Juniors and adults of various freestyle abilities may practise on or show off their skills at a Freestyle Development Night and Freestyle Club on Sundays.
They also offer a fresh new curriculum for under-6 year olds, in order to have your young ones enjoying the slopes as soon as possible. If you are searching for a fun and exhilarating hobby which requires no previous expertise then you should certainly give Tubing a shot!!! Tubes are large inflated rings that may be used to slide down a hill. You can be Spun, linked together, travel backwards, build trains, and race your friends. Tubing is a fantastic pastime for any party or team-building event. It’s a fun pastime that will bring your family or friends closer together!!!
