They take you from our canoe hire centre based in Symonds Yat West, up the river for the start of your canoe trip and you paddle back. Depending on how long you want to go canoeing for, will depend on how far upstream from Symonds Yat they will take you. Once you arrive at our canoe hire centre, you will be fitted with a buoyancy aid and paddle and given a dry barrel to keep your personal possessions in. You will then be given a safety briefing and some basic instructions on how to paddle and steer the boat. You will leave your cars at the canoe hire centre and we will then transport you in our minibuses, with the canoes, upstream to your start point.
