Swansea Council’s Glynn Vivian Art Gallery is a local gallery and a centre of excellence for the visual arts in Swansea, but also plays a vital role in the ecosystem of arts in the whole of Wales and beyond. Their artistic programme includes exhibitions, collaborations and socially engaged projects. At the core of all their work is a belief that art and creativity are hugely beneficial to their societies, and help shape their future and the places in which they live.
Glynn Vivian At Night – Heather Phillipson: Out of this World
Visit Glynn Vivian for the opening of Out of this World, by 2022 Turner prize nominated artist, Heather Phillipson. Alongside this new commission, the artist has selected works from Imperial War Museums’ (IWM) Collection and Cyfarthfa Castle Gallery and Museum. There will also be a display from the Glynn Vivian collection.
