In the Welsh Wind Distillery

Welcome to the Welsh Wind Distillery. As a fully operational distillery on the West Wales coast, they are ecstatic to be the creators and producers of unique small-batch premium spirits and gin experiences. In the gin lab, they offer customised gin-making sessions and gin tastings. With the aid of the expert crew, you can take on the role of the distiller and produce your own gin during the Gin Making Experience. Choose your favourite botanical balance, then run it through one of the custom-built copper pot mini stills, give it a name, and take it home. Come to the distillery for a gin tasting – after a welcome gin and tonic, try three artisan gins, learn about their flavour profiles, and pick your favourite before relaxing with another gin and tonic.
